Olive Garden Pasta Pass 2026
A $100 card that turns into 13 weeks of unlimited dine-in pasta — the first time Olive Garden had sold this since 2019. The 2026 batch sold out shortly after going live on July 16. Here’s what the pass included, what it cost, and what to do if you missed it.
Olive Garden’s Never-Ending Pasta Pass went on sale July 16, 2026, priced at $100 plus tax, with only 10,000 released nationwide. It sold out shortly after going live, in line with every prior year of this promotion. If you got one, it covers unlimited dine-in pasta visits from August 24 through November 22, 2026. If you didn’t, the regular Never-Ending Pasta Bowl is still running at $14.99 per visit starting August 31 — no pass needed, just no unlimited-visit discount.
Background
What the Pasta Pass actually gets you
The Pasta Pass isn’t a coupon for one meal — it’s a card that lets you walk into any participating Olive Garden and order the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl at no additional charge, as many times as you want, for the length of the promotion. Unlike a regular bowl where protein toppings cost extra, the pass includes those toppings in the $100 price. It also comes with the same unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks that accompany a normal bowl. What it doesn’t cover: drinks, alcohol, and gratuity — those are billed separately on every visit.

What happened on sale day
How the 2026 passes sold out
If you’re planning for next year, this is what buying one actually involved — and why acting fast
mattered.
Sales opened at 2 p.m. ET on July 16
Passes were sold exclusively through PastaPass.com. Reporting described tens of thousands of shoppers hitting the site in the same window, which is what pushed the 10,000 passes out so quickly.
Buyers needed to be 18 or older
Olive Garden required purchasers to confirm their age as part of checkout.
Checkout had a time limit
Guests who successfully claimed a pass reportedly had a short window — around eight minutes — to enter their details and complete the $100-plus-tax purchase before it expired.
Physical passes were mailed out
Confirmed buyers received a personalized physical Pasta Pass by mail ahead of the August 24 early-access start date.
If you missed it
What’s still available without a pass
Missing the pass doesn’t mean missing the promotion — it just changes the pricing.
The Never-Ending Pasta Bowl is still running.
Starting at $14.99 per visit, available to everyone from August 31 through November 22, 2026 — the same pasta, sauce, and soup-or-salad lineup as the pass, just billed per meal instead of covered for the season.
eClub members got early access
to the regular bowl starting August 24, the same day as passholders — joining is free and doesn’t require having caught the pass sale.
Protein toppings aren’t included
on the regular bowl the way they were with the pass — expect roughly $4.99 more per visit if you want them.
Watch for next year.
Olive Garden has run this pass in most years since 2014; if this year’s demand is any indication, expect another small, fast-selling batch in a future season.

Rules that can void your pass
It’s non-transferable.
The pass is valid only for the person whose name is on it — you can’t hand it to a spouse or friend to use.
You can’t order for the table.
Using your pass to get unlimited bowls for people sitting with you isn’t allowed and can get the pass revoked.
Dine-in only.
No takeout, no delivery apps, no online ordering — the pass only works when you’re seated at a participating restaurant.
One redemption per visit.
You can still order multiple pasta bowls within a single sitting; the limit is on how the promotion is redeemed per meal.
Valid nationwide at participating locations.
With 900+ Olive Garden restaurants in the U.S., the pass isn’t limited to a specific region.
The math
Was the $100 Pasta Pass actually worth it?
For anyone who got one, it comes down to one number: how many times they’ll realistically eat
at Olive Garden between August 24 and November 22. Here’s the breakdown using the $14.99
starting price of a single Never-Ending Pasta Bowl.
Who actually comes out ahead
Weekly diners: one Olive Garden visit a week over 13 weeks is 13 visits — nearly double the break-even point, which is where most of the “this is basically free money” math online is coming from.
Families ordering for kids too: the pass only covers the named holder, so it doesn’t multiply savings across a family the way it might seem to.
Occasional diners: if you’d only realistically go two or three times, buying the regular bowl each visit is cheaper — $44.97 for three visits versus $100 for a pass.
History as a guide: in an earlier eight-week version of this promotion, the average passholder visited more than twice a week, which is well past break-even. There’s no guarantee this year’s usage matches that, but it shows frequent diners have historically gotten strong value from it.

Where this came from
A short history of the Pasta Pass
This isn’t a new idea — Olive Garden has run some version of this since 2014, and
the 2026 return follows a six-year gap.
2014
The Never-Ending Pasta Pass debuts as a $100, limited-quantity promotion, tied to the 20th anniversary
of the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl itself.
2016
Olive Garden offers both a $100 individual pass and a $300 “Family Pasta Pass” that let the holder
bring up to three guests, for a 7-week window.
2019
24,000 passes sell out in under a second. A limited batch of 50 “Lifetime Pasta Passes” is also offered for an
extra $400, giving unlimited pasta for life.
2020–2025
No Pasta Pass is sold. Olive Garden cites streamlined operations following the pandemic;
the standard Never-Ending Pasta Bowl
continues as a seasonal promotion on its own.
2026
The pass returns for the first time since 2019 — 10,000 available at $100, with a longer 13-week window
and early access starting August 24.
